Architectural CADD/Revit Technician, Frederick, MD

Noelker and Hull is hiring an entry-level Architectural CADD/Revit Technician to join our Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Frederick, Maryland studios. In this role, the Architectural CADD/Revit Technician will assist an architectural design team in production by preparing layouts, details, schedules, and complete architectural drawings and documents for senior living, healthcare, religious, and educational projects.

EXPERIENCE:

• Strong understanding of architectural Autodesk REVIT modeling concepts.
• Understanding of architectural drawings and the ability to produce Autodesk Revit models for construction documents.
• Able to show understanding of how to coordinate architectural modeling with consulting disciplines, including structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience in assisting development of construction documents in a working environment is helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CADD drafting and design experience or related discipline from an accredited technical school or college/university or in the process of completing the final semester of aforementioned program.
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
