Join JP Morgan as a Managing Director, Business Control Manager for the Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO). As a Managing Director, Business Control Manager within the Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO) at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in steering data risk management and governance related controls, practices, and training. Your responsibilities will also include engagement with compliance and internal audit, as well as ongoing regulatory engagement and compliance. You will collaborate with the FCDO and the FCDO management team to partake in strategic initiatives, tooling uplift, and governance forums/committees. Furthermore, you will influence and partner with the Line of Business (LOB) and Corporate Function Business Control Managers to promote a consistent set of governance practices, including standards adherence, controls, risk appetite assessment, and training for data risks including data quality, use, protection, and privacy. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in maintaining a robust control environment, ensuring the effective implementation of key controls in Policies and Standards, and developing comprehensive control management framework documents.
