Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to generate meaningful reports and visualizations that support decision-making
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Work with business units to understand data needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Perform data analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports on key business metrics and performance indicators
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and availability
• Identify areas for process improvement and help streamline data collection and reporting
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and reports

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data analysis role
• Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Experience with SQL and data query languages to extract and manipulate data
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, data modeling, and reporting
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience in data visualization best practices and techniques
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Google Data Studio)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Federal Experience is a plus.
