Job Description

**Desired Skill Set:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline. + Experience with IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt, or SailPoint. + Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications are a plus **Additional Skills:** + Solid understanding of IAM concepts and methodologies, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management. + Familiarity with IAM technologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, Active Directory, or similar. + Basic understanding of security principles, access controls, and authentication protocols (e.g., MFA, RBAC). + Ability to assist with incident response efforts related to IAM security incidents. + Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to IAM issues. + Basic knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust is a plus. + Ability to contribute to IAM governance processes and ensure regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities:** + Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications. + Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines. + Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures. + Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary. + Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management. + Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs. + Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions. + Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system. + Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution. + Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure. + Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables. + Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture. + Perform other duties as assigned.
