We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Beijing. This is a full-time position with only 15 teaching hours a week and no office hours. Job detailsTeach the school’s English Curriculum to school students for grade 3 to grade 12, with a small class size of around 15 studentsPreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCo-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversAround 15 teaching hours per week and no office hours RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 1 years of related teaching experienceA TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualificationExcellent English communicative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary of 17,000 to 23,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsFlight allowance of 6,000 RMBHealth InsurancePublic holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leave
