Pay Structure

• Base Salary: $65k-$90K
• Commision: $50 per file closed (or) for more senior Officers a tiered structure of:

Tier 3 = 8% of title premium

Tier 2= 10% of title premium

Tier 1= 12% of title premium

Top Producer= 15% of title premium

• Annual Bonus: Team= $1k-10k (and) Individual=$1k-5k
• Tenure Package= $1k raise each anniversary (up to 10 years)
• Recruitment Commission= $2k upon your candidates completion of the 90 probation period

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Position Title: Escrow Officer

• Resident Title Agent must live in Nevada or within 50 miles from the Nevada State Border. (NRS 692A.100: LICENSING OF TITLE AGENTS, TITLE INSURERS AND ESCROW OFFICERS)

Experience Required

• 7+ years as a licensed agent (or)
• 10+ years as an assistant and licensed

License/Certification

• Title Agent License in NV (current or within 1 year)

Environment

• Remote to start with the conversion into an office hybrid position

Essential Functions

• Review, audit, edit, and finalize all escrow documents
• Open, fund, balance and close escrow files
• Coordinate with sellers, buyers, lenders, and realtors throughout the closing process.
• Prepare documents, clearing titles, ordering beneficiary statements, and disbursing funds for property expenses.
• Reviewing of legal deeds needed to complete a transaction and ensure that all parties have properly signed and filed the necessary closing documents.
• Any other functions not listed required for this position
• Establishing new clients and maintaining agent/broker/lender relationships

• Familiar with all aspects of escrow and title work
• Flexible with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to handle all aspects of escrow support

• Above average math and computation skills

Typical Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College preferred, but no required
