Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing estimates in an accurate and timely manner that meets the customer’s needs. Experience a plus along with good computer knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and cost-efficient estimates.
• Create digital layouts for all estimates.
• Obtain quotes for outside work and/or dies from supplier when necessary.
• Maintain Press Run, Make-ready and Wash-up, Press waste, Finishing and Packaging modules in the Monarch System.
• Assist in job costing to identify profitability improvements for future estimates and jobs.
• Work with Sales/Project Managers in planning new or unfamiliar jobs.
• Research new materials as when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of overall printing/production process.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand written/oral instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
