Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and client events, including conferences, meetings, trade shows, and social gatherings
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and timeline management
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define event objectives, themes, and goals
• Ensure smooth onsite execution, overseeing setup, event flow, and post-event follow-up
• Handle all event communications, from invitations and promotional materials to event details and attendee management
• Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise before, during, or after events
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and contracts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of event coordination or project management experience
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
