Your Role in Enabling Success:
Calendar Mastery: Manage a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and social engagements with precision.
Travel Excellence: Coordinate flawless domestic and international travel arrangements, handling all logistics from flights to ground transportation.
Personal and Professional Support: Handle daily personal and business-related tasks, including correspondence, errands, and household management.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and proactively think through logistics to avoid disruptions and inconveniences.
Vendor Liaison: Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and vendors and business associates.
Event Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of meetings and events, preparing documents and materials as needed.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
On-the-Fly Solutions: Problem-solve in real-time, identifying and addressing potential obstacles.
Special Projects: Coordinate and assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Task Ownership: Treat every task as critical, with no aversion to the menial or mundane.
Hyper-Responsiveness: Answer every call, every time.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives and families, or similar.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to anticipate needs and think critically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing complex travel arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a bonus.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Extraordinary resourcefulness and a "figure it out" mentality.
Additional Requirements:
Completion of a Level 2 background check and credit check.
Signing and adherence to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Hybrid work location with some time in an office, some remote, and some travel.
