Join Us as a Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative at GRS Solar!

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to help homeowners embrace solar solutions? GRS Solar is on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join our team and make a difference in the community!

In this exciting role, you will be the face of GRS Solar, engaging with neighborhoods and educating homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy. Your goal is to inspire potential customers to make informed choices that can lead to significant savings and a greener planet!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conducting friendly door-to-door sales outreach to connect with residential customers.
Explaining the features and benefits of GRS Solar products and services.
Building meaningful relationships with potential customers to understand their energy needs.
Collaborating with an energetic sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging demeanor.
A genuine passion for sales and renewable energy.
Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields is a plus, but we also welcome newcomers eager to learn!
A self-motivated approach and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for neighborhood visits.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends to connect with customers.
