Director of Global Supply Chain
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.), with occasional travel domestic and international
Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base + 10-15% bonus and full benefits package

The Opportunity
As the  Director of Global Supply Chain , you’ll be tasked with designing and executing a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that transforms fragmented regional operations into a cohesive, high-performing unit. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Supply Chain, you will oversee teams in the U.S., Europe, and APAC, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do
  • Develop Strategy: Create and execute a unified global supply chain strategy that integrates procurement, logistics, materials management, and production planning.
  • Drive Sustainability: Lead the charge in embedding ethical sourcing and environmentally conscious practices into every facet of the supply chain.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to streamline operations and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Implement Innovation: Use data analytics to forecast inventory needs, improve supplier management, and increase efficiency.
  • Lead Teams: Oversee supply chain personnel across regions, empowering them to achieve KPIs and drive accountability.
  • Ensure Compliance: Navigate international regulatory requirements, including human rights, environmental, and governance laws, to safeguard ethical and compliant operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
