Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of crafting, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns for a diverse client base. Your goal will be to develop impactful Google Ads strategies, optimize performance, and drive qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies that align with each client's unique business goals.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and opportunities.
Write compelling ad copy and create optimized landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI), making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure top-tier campaign performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Google Ads with other marketing initiatives.
Host virtual meetings with clients to review campaign performance and strategize.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
Solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices.
Current Google Ads Search Certification.
Proficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics) and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, though not required.
Bachelor's degree is a bonus, but not required.
