Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $1500–2000 USD/month
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm PST (flexible)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for creating visually engaging content. This is a task-oriented , deadline-driven role, where the ability to deliver high-quality design work quickly and efficiently is key. You will collaborate with our team remotely, working on a variety of design projects with flexibility in terms of working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, websites, social media, branding, and other visual assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure design consistency across all deliverables and align with brand guidelines.
Work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Revise and update designs based on feedback and ongoing project needs.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency with Figma (must have experience).
A portfolio showcasing previous design work (link required).
Strong English fluency , both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, understand project requirements, and provide clear design solutions.
Highly task-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines and work independently without micromanagement.
Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in an asynchronous work environment.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience working in a remote, flexible environment .
Familiarity with time zone differences and the ability to adapt to a non-traditional work schedule.
Exposure to design work in various industries (e.g., eCommerce, tech, startups).
