We're hiring dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to safely and efficiently run excavators, dozers, dump trucks, loaders, and more.

You'll be working with a close-knit crew on well-managed projects, operating modern equipment (CAT or John Deere controls) in a safety-first environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks, and front-end loaders
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running safely and smoothly
• Maintain control and awareness of equipment limitations - especially load weights and center of gravity
• Stay alert and focused while operating equipment for extended periods
• Work as part of a team to complete civil construction tasks efficiently and safely

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator
• 4+ years of experience on civil construction or remediation sites
• Solid understanding of equipment safety and job site awareness
• Comfortable operating machinery with either CAT or John Deere control systems
• Valid 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (plus 8-Hour refresher if applicable)
• High school diploma or GED
