Job Description

Job Summary: A-1 Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Van Driver to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Shuttle Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees between various locations within our hospitality group, while providing excellent service and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a Full Time, hourly position within our fast-paced and dynamic organization. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.17 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport guests and employees between designated locations within the hospitality group
  • Greet guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and follow designated routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
  • Keep the shuttle bus clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to management
  • Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, as well as mileage and fuel usage
  • Follow emergency protocols and procedures in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operation of the shuttle service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a related customer service field preferred
  • Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
