JOB PROFILE : HR and Recruiting Coordinator

JOB LOCATION: Carrollton, TX

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to grow their career by supporting full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee experience, and HR reporting. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a seamless experience to candidates, new hires, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation, communications, and first-day logistics are seamless.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure HRIS data is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with HR inquiries and redirect more complex issues to appropriate HR team members.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.
Reporting & Data Support
  • Compile, analyze, and report on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, absenteeism, and diversity.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in HRIS and related systems.
  • Generate simple reports on hiring activity, sourcing metrics, time-to-fill, and onboarding status.
  • Track candidate pipeline progress, employee milestones, and turnover data.
  • Support the preparation of recruiting and HR reports for team updates or leadership presentations.
  • Maintain accuracy across HR and recruiting systems through timely data entry and clean-up.
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups, managing logistics and communication across multiple time zones.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Actively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to build talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess interest and basic qualifications.
  • Post job openings on job boards, career sites, and internal platforms in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering basic questions.
  • Support recruiting events such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and virtual info sessions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS), JazzHR.
  • Assist in refining job descriptions to better attract top tech talent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, and administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS tools.
  • Knowledge of Excel; bonus for basic reporting/chart skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills.
