We are looking for a motivated and friendly Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love for you to become part of our customer service family.

As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in with questions, concerns, or service inquiries. Your role will be to handle inbound calls, provide helpful information, resolve issues, and deliver a high standard of customer service. You will work within a dynamic team, supporting the needs of our customers while contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound calls from customers and address inquiries, concerns, or requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
• Upsell or cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Follow all call center protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude, and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to help others.
