• Call Response Time: 30 minutes (assumed for STEMI)

COVERAGE DATES:

• 06/05/2025 (Night Call starting 4:00 PM)
• 06/06/2025 – 06/09/2025 (24-Hour STEMI Weekend Call)

• Patient Demographics: Adults, Geriatrics
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding: Included
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: Acute STEMI, Cardiology, Heart Catheterization

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• Reason for Coverage: Weekend STEMI Call Coverage

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• Left Heart Catheterization
• Right Heart Catheterization
• STEMI Management/Intervention

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active PA medical license required
• Board: ABIM Certified in Interventional Cardiology (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interventional Cardiology
• Other Qualifications: Comfortable with high-acuity cardiac emergencies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to STEMI and acute heart attack call.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional heart cath procedures.
• Provide inpatient consults and management.
• Coordinate with support staff and nursing for cardiac care.
• Participate in call coverage rotation for cardiac emergencies.
