Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for smaller client accounts, assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Strategy Execution: Help implement ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns by working closely with project managers and specialists to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Account Management: Support the management of client accounts, including assisting with pricing, budgeting, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, and assist in the preparation of reports and updates on account performance.
• Collaboration: Work alongside senior strategists and marketing specialists to learn best practices in digital marketing and improve your skills.
• Problem-Solving: Support the team in solving challenges that arise during campaign execution, always keeping client satisfaction top of mind.
• Learning & Development: Continuously learn about the latest trends in digital marketing and apply them to client accounts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internship experience is also considered).
• Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work within a team to achieve common goals.
• Eagerness to Learn: A passion for digital marketing with a desire to develop and grow in the field.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, or WordPress is a plus, but not required.
• Experience or interest in working in a marketing agency is a bonus.
