As a Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients on their mental health journey. You'll be responsible for implementing treatment plans, completing progress reports, providing crisis intervention, facilitating group therapy, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Your Responsibilities:
Provide expert, compassionate, and outcome-based mental health therapy services in an outpatient setting, utilizing in-person, telehealth, or hybrid models, as well as various on-site professional settings.
Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and initial assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide timely documentation.
Offer individual, couples, family, group, emergency triage, and organizational/corporate wellness treatment modalities, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines.
Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.
Participate in an on-call rotation for crisis intervention.

What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling (or Pennsylvania equivalent with a minimum of 60 credits). Degree and transcripts required.
Current and valid Pennsylvania licensure as an LSW, LCSW, or LPC in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions.
Ability to conduct clinical research and stay current with best practices.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients of all ages.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Successful completion of all required background checks and clearances, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal history records, and drug screening.
Must not be on any exclusion lists.
