Main r esponsibilities:

• Entering, checking, updating system parameters in the SAP and other tools - in particular in the scope of logistic settings , customs parameters and the origin of goods.
• Organizing and coordinating the supply chain activities,
• Ensuring timely deliveries / pick-ups to / from  recipients/subcontractors,
• Maintaining good relations with clients/suppliers/subcontractors, 
• Preparation of required warehouse/transport/forwarding/customs documentation 
• Solving problems related to logistics issues in the SAP system,
• Preparation and analysis of reports on the logistics / customs areas,
• Active participation in periodic inventories, 
• Ongoing cooperation with other departments in the scope of performed duties,
• Carrying out other orders of the Supervisor not included in this document within the range of possesed skills and resulted from current needs of the Company
  

Experience & qualifications :

• Secondary education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Communicative English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of intra-EU import/export processes
• Knowledge of import/export processes outside the EU
• Knowledge of domestic and international transport and warehouse processes
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage
