**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled assembler to execute complex assembly tasks, including those requiring advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role involves reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components. **Responsibilities** + Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality. + Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. + Ensure the team adheres to all safety and regulatory compliance standards. + Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. + Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure assembled products meet company standards and specifications. + Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure stock is kept at optimal levels. + Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment used in the assembly process. + Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Assembly experience working in and on an assembly line. + Mechanical assembly of small and larger parts. + Proficiency in using hand tools and interpreting schematics to assemble parts consistently with a low error rate. + Bilingual - Spanish speaking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, with experience in leadership or team supervision. + Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents, including engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. + Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to train and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. + Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values innovation and growth, offering competitive salaries with short-term bonus incentives. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is mandatory. This role demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. The facility is modern and located in Mesa, Arizona, featuring electric charging stations and adhering to industry 4.0 technology. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
