- Maintains files, logs, records of events and activities, purchase orders and other marketing-project specific documentation
- Supports the planning and implementation of projects handled by individuals or teams in the department related to product marketing, marketing communication, advertising and promotion campaigns, event planning, public relations, and product promotion documents for presentation online or in marketing collateral
- Assist event planning team with travel and delivery of presentation sets, booth collateral, vendor services coordination, etc
- Support marketing personnel projects as needed
- Performs general administrative office duties (scan, copy etc.)
- Pack and restock supplies and marketing items
- Data entry and inventory management

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree completed in English, marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with simultaneous deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and with frequent interruptions
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
- Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.S. and to present the required documentation at hire
Base Salary Range $27.00 to $32.00 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description
Physical Requirements Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
