Job Description

Job Summary
Performs full recruitment cycle and employment of new and existing employees for Safran. Acts as the subject expert in Safran's hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. This role may be based in Irvine, CA or Grand Prairie, TX.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top aerospace industry talent, including passive candidate engagement.
- Reviews resumes and applications to create a short list of candidates to submit to the hiring manager.
- Interviews and screens applicants for technical competences, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization, and function effectiveness.
- Facilitates the effective interaction and contribution of hiring managers and candidates.
- Stays current with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Required Competencies

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred. SHRM certification is a plus.
- More than five years of HR experience, with a focus recruiting preferred.
- Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting top talent, especially in technical and aerospace roles.
- Familiarity with workforce trends, compliance, and challenges specific to the aerospace industry.
- Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
