Background:

* 3-7 years insurance defense experience required
* Experience in any of the following: medical malpractice, premises liability, mass torts, transportation, construction, and products liability strongly encouraged
* Plaintiff personal injury associates who want to switch to the defense side are welcome to apply
* Experience with discovery, motions, leading depositions, and pleadings
* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
* Trial experience preferred and not required
* Licensed in New Jersey
