The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio. The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a full-time, Represented Adjunct faculty position in the Biology Department beginning August 15, 2025. This is a Represented Adjunct faculty position at either the Instructor or Assistant Professor level (rank commensurate with credentials). It is a non-tenure track, contract renewable position with teaching (80%) and departmental service (6%) responsibilities equal to 86% full-time equivalent (FTE). Initial contract length is three (3) years, with subsequent reappointments ranging from two to five years. This position is anticipated to be long-term and includes representation by the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) bargaining unit and contracted benefits.

As a UC employee, and an employee of an Ohio public institution, if hired you will not contribute to the federal Social Security system, other than contributions to Medicare. Instead, UC employees have the option to contribute to a state retirement plan (OPERS, STRS) or an alternative retirement plan (ARP).
