INRIX is excited to continue to build out our SDR team.  We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.  In this role, you will help grow our Enterprise & Public Sector businesses and generate opportunities by effectively prospecting, qualifying, and managing leads.

Key vertical markets for our Enterprise solutions include transportation & logistics, real estate, retail, and financial services.  While key markets for our Public Sector solutions are focused on local, state, and federal public agencies (cities, counties, MPOs, & DOTs).  This position is based in Kirkland, WA and is hybrid with four days in the office and Friday WFH.

Job Responsibilities:            

• Book meetings for account executives
• Inbound Lead qualification and management
• Outbound prospecting into key verticals as part of prioritized campaigns
• Leverage Salesforce/LinkedIn/ZoomInfo and other sales tools daily to identify new leads and contacts
• Track, analyze and report on activities using Salesloft

Required Skills:          

• Minimum one-year SDR/B2B sales experience with demonstrated history of exceeding quota
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting
• Confidence and comfort with cold calling
• Proficiency in time management and organization
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Microsoft Suite
• Ideal candidates will have experience in business-to-government sales at a gov-tech company
• Deep knowledge of lead qualification, pipeline management, communication, sales presentation techniques
• Hunter mentality: Interest and enthusiasm for hunting for new business opportunities
• Experience using Salesloft or other similar tool sales engagement tool

The anticipated OTE for this role is $50,000 - $80,000, including base salary and commission. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX may modify the pay range at any time.
