Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Developer
Location: Plano, Texas (hybrid available, after 90 days)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. This role will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.
  • Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce users.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce platform, including system performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ solutions, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Boomi.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or others.
