岗位职责：全面负责学校的市场招生工作，制定并执行招生策略，确保招生目标的达成；深入了解深圳市场，挖掘潜在生源，拓展并维护招生渠道资源；带领和管理招生团队，制定团队目标，提升团队专业能力和执行力；分析市场动态和竞争对手情况，及时调整招生策略，确保学校在市场竞争中的优势；与校董保持紧密沟通，定期汇报招生进展及市场情况，提供决策支持； 策划并组织市场推广活动，提升学校品牌知名度和影响力； 负责招生数据的统计与分析，优化招生流程，提升转化率。 任职要求：本科及以上学历，市场营销、教育管理或相关专业优先；5年以上市场招生或教育行业相关经验，有深圳市场资源者优先；具备丰富的渠道资源和市场拓展能力，熟悉深圳教育市场；有团队管理经验，能够有效激励和带领团队达成目标；5结果导向，目标感强，具备出色的执行力和抗压能力；优秀的沟通协调能力和数据分析能力；了解IB课程体系者优先。 薪资福利月薪3-4w带薪寒暑假
