Crestview Cadillac is seeking a receptionist who is well spoken, energetic and professional.

DESCRIPTION

The Showroom Host plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person customers see when they are in the dealership, he or she is instrumental in making sure customers have a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

* Greets customers and prospective customers in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the dealership * Handles all incoming telephone calls * Performs other duties as assigned

* Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent attitude and an extraordinary customer service orientation * Superior phone skills-friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone * A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people * Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task * Professional demeanor

QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus * Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel * Professional personal appearance
