We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing personalized behavior interventions designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). What You'll Do:
Provide direct, one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques.
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
Collect and record data using provided technology.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and team members.
Attend and complete all required training.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma/GED preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree highly preferred.
At least 18 years old.
Tech-savvy skills.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Successful completion of background checks and clearances.
CPR certification.

Competitive Pay: Earn $19.00-$23.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $25.50 per hour through bonuses!
