Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative
"Sr. Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical" to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. Similarly, the candidate is an expert who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative solutions.
Qualifications and Responsibilities: - 7 + Years of work experience in Global Pharma/Life Science and understand their analytics and business needs for developing and delivering solutions through sophisticated Data Modelling & Analytical techniques.
- Create documents such as business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, analytics plans, quality checklists, etc.
- Hands-on experience in handling end to end Commercial Analytics (such as SFE, Sales, Pharma Forecasting techniques, Marketing and Patient Analytics) involving above sources
- Knowledge of various data sources such as IQVIA MIDAS, IQVIA Xponent, IQVIA Plantrak, IQVIA LAD/APLD, Calls, Events, Sample, CRM data, Claims, Legacy Data like EMR/EHR, digital marketing data coming from Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Ability to identify meaningful KPIs/ metrics and create dashboards/reports
- Good understanding of data quality and data governance principles
- Able to derive Insights & Recommendation using both Quantitative & Qualitative data
- Understanding of end-to-end Pharma Commercial Landscape/Ecosystem is a must
- Should understand Data Ingestion, Extraction & Integration
- Working Knowledge in SAS/SQL/Collibra/Advanced Excel/MS-office suite
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $91,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
