The Amazon Business team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record to own, execute and improve upon cross-functional technology products. You will have the ability to drive a large impact on critical customer-facing spend evaluation products by building the processes needed to measure and improve foundational elements of quality, speed, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Your work will help business customers understand the value Amazon Business brings, making it easy for them to adopt Amazon as their primary supplier and internal teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
Manage the planned spend response pipeline

Define the right metrics and goals for responding to planned spend deals

Build the right mechanisms and reporting to deliver on the goals you defined

Build playbooks and drive results on key projects to improve operational results


Force multiply across the CBM team and all key stakeholders from Amazon Business and partner teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
