We are committed to providing top-tier legal services to our clients and are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Tax Attorney to join our team. As a Tax Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of tax-related issues. You will represent clients in disputes with tax authorities, assist in tax planning and compliance, and provide guidance on federal, state, and international tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise clients on tax law and regulations, including compliance and planning strategies.
* Represent clients in negotiations with federal and state tax authorities.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including tax returns, agreements, and filings.
* Conduct tax research and provide written opinions on complex tax issues.
* Stay current with changes in tax legislation and case law.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar.
* 3+ years of experience in tax law.
* Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
* Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
