Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to kick off your career in the dynamic field of commercial real estate? Does purposeful and challenging work in a fast-paced positive environment speak to you? Cummings Properties is adding an entry-level associate account manager to its Woburn-based team.

As an associate account manager, your primary responsibility will be working closely with our talented team of account managers to support their day-to-day functions, both in the office and in the 11 communities they serve north of Boston. You will gain exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate management, including lease transactions, tenant improvement projects, client relations, and much more. Associate account managers who demonstrate sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and solid problem-solving skills will have the chance to manage their own portfolio—including regular and rewarding client interactions—with the opportunity to expand their portfolios and assume additional responsibilities. Experience in commercial real estate is not required for this position.

The preferred candidate for this entry-level opportunity will possess:
