Your Role in Enabling Success:
Executive Support Excellence:
Master the CEO's schedule, appointments, and calendar with precision.
Seamlessly coordinate business meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
Craft compelling reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage email and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Efficiently screen and prioritize incoming calls, messages, and requests.
Business Operations Empowerment:
Conduct thorough research, compile data, and prepare insightful briefs.
Assist in managing confidential business and legal documents.
Proactively track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key business initiatives.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners.
Personal Assistance with Care:
Handle personal errands and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily life.
Oversee household scheduling, vendors, and appointments (if required).
Assist in organizing memorable events, reservations, and travel logistics.
Project Management Prowess:
Support the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Maintain organized files, records, and key business documents.
Act as a liaison with key executives, including franchisees, medical professionals, and business associates.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital communications and scheduling software.
Ability to thrive under pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations (a plus).
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
