We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our Charlotte team. This role will focus on internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and enhancing client relationships.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support company objectives and client initiatives.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, internal memos, client reports, and other written materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for events, meetings, and press engagements.
  • Support public relations efforts by preparing talking points, press kits, and other materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
