Job Description :
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our company. You will be responsible for managing all administrative and clerical tasks, as well as providing support in various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the executive and other team members as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
