Dave’s background extends well beyond real estate. He has experience in construction and property, holds a degree in computer science, and has lived on and owned lifestyle property himself. He also has extensive experience with rural subdivision, transferable titles, land-use issues and other matters that can materially affect the value and marketability of land. As the holder of Crow Realty’s Agent licence, Dave is also responsible for the agency’s supervision and overall professional standards.
