Originally from a lifestyle block background in Taranaki, Dave brings a grounded, practical perspective to real estate. Outside work, he enjoys cruising the country roads on his Indian motorcycle, watching motorsport, travelling, fishing, and spending time with his wife on their lifestyle block just south of Kaukapakapa, overlooking the Kaukapakapa River valley.

Dave’s background is broad and varied. He holds a degree in computer science, spent thirteen years running his own construction business, and has since built a successful career in real estate. Those experiences have given him the ability to relate to a wide range of people and bring a calm, down-to-earth approach to the process of buying and selling property.

As Dave says, “If you only want to sell your property for what it is worth, then you do not need me. My role is to help you achieve a premium price for your property while making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.”
